Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and DryverMedia LLC ("DryverMedia," "we," "us"), which operates FixFinch at fixfinch.com and its subdomains, including leads.fixfinch.com (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What the Site does

The Site is a free service that matches homeowners with independent home improvement contractors and companies. DryverMedia is not a contractor, does not perform home improvement work, and does not employ, supervise or guarantee any contractor. We do not verify that any contractor is licensed, bonded or insured, and we make no promise about price, quality, timing or availability. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor. Contractors pay us for requests, which may affect who you are matched with. You are never required to hire anyone.

2. Eligibility and your information

You must be at least 18 and a U.S. resident. You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that the phone number you give is yours, and that you are the homeowner or authorized to request work on the property.

3. Consent to be contacted

By submitting a request and agreeing to the consent language on the form, you agree to be contacted by us and matched contractors as described there and in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller, or emailing Legal@FixFinch.com.

4. SMS Terms

By agreeing to the consent language on our quote form, you may receive text messages from FixFinch and from the home improvement companies matched to your request about your project and other home improvement offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that sender, and HELP for help. You can also email Legal@FixFinch.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing except the matched companies you agreed to on the form.

5. Rules of use

Do not submit false requests or someone else's information, use bots or automated means to access the Site or submit forms, interfere with the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Our content

The Site's content, design and code belong to DryverMedia or its licensors. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will be matched or contacted, or the work, conduct, licensing or pricing of any contractor.

8. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DryverMedia LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or any work performed or not performed by a contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to hold DryverMedia LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Disputes and arbitration

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Any matter not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.

11. General

We may change these Terms by posting a new version. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
