Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

DryverMedia LLC ("DryverMedia," "we," "us") operates FixFinch at fixfinch.com and its subdomains, including leads.fixfinch.com (together, the "Site"), a free service that matches homeowners with home improvement contractors. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

Notice at collection

When you use our quote forms we collect identifiers (name, email, phone, project address, IP address, ad click IDs), commercial information (your project answers and timeline), internet activity (pages viewed and form interactions, including consent recordings) and general location (ZIP code and state). We use it to match you with contractors, contact you, document your consent, prevent fraud and measure our ads. We sell this information to the contractors and partners matched to your request and share device and hashed contact data with advertising platforms. We keep quote requests and consent records for up to five years. We do not collect sensitive personal information. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Quote requests: your project answers (for example, project type, size and timeline; for solar, your electric company and a self-reported credit range, which is not a credit check), whether you own the home, your name, email address, phone number and the project street address, city, state and ZIP code.
  • Messages and privacy requests: your name, email, state and anything you write to us.

We never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or bank or card details.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and visit data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the ad or site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Approximate location: on some pages we use your IP address to estimate your city or state (for example, to show “Options for homeowners near Henderson, NV”). This uses GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from maxmind.com. The estimate is made on our server, is only used to display that message, and is not stored or shared.
  • Advertising data: ad click identifiers (such as Meta, TikTok, Google and Microsoft click IDs), campaign tags and affiliate tracking IDs.
  • Consent records: we may use services such as ActiveProspect TrustedForm and Jornaya to record your visit to the quote form, including the consent language shown and your clicks and keystrokes on that page, to document your consent to be contacted.

2. How we use it

  • To match your request with contractors who serve your area and do the type of work you need, and to send your request to them.
  • To contact you, and let matched contractors contact you, about your project by phone, text and email as you agreed on the form.
  • To show you other home projects you can request quotes for during your visit.
  • To verify requests, detect duplicate or automated submissions, prevent fraud and keep records of consent.
  • To measure and improve our ads and the Site, and to comply with law.

3. Who we share it with

  • Contractors and home improvement companies. When you submit a request, we share your contact details, project address and answers with up to four contractors or companies, and with lead marketplaces that route requests to contractors, listed on our Marketing Partners page. They pay us for these requests, which is a "sale" under some state laws. They use your information under their own privacy policies.
  • Service providers that host the Site, verify phone numbers and emails (including checking line type and do-not-call or litigation-risk lists), protect forms from bots (such as Cloudflare Turnstile), record consent and deliver email, under contracts that limit their use.
  • Advertising platforms. Meta, TikTok and Google receive data from pixels on the Site, and, when you submit a request, a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address and phone number plus a request ID, so we can measure which ads lead to requests. We may also send that information to them directly from our server (for example, Meta's Conversions API and TikTok's Events API). This can be "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

4. Calls, texts and emails

If you submit a quote request and agree to the consent language on the form, we and the contractors matched to your request may call and text the number you gave, including with automated technology and prerecorded messages, and email you about your project. Consent is not required to buy anything. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop calls, tell the caller or email Legal@FixFinch.com. Each contractor that contacts you also honors opt-out requests made directly to it.

5. Cookies and pixels

We use cookies, pixels and browser storage to run the quote form (for example, to remember your answers during a visit so you can request more projects without retyping), to keep the ad parameters from the link you followed, and to measure ads. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, form progress and button clicks; it does not receive your name, email or phone number. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on. We do not load advertising pixels or Google Analytics for browsers that send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the Site may not work.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information at any time with our opt-out form, by emailing Legal@FixFinch.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser. An opt-out works going forward; information already sent to a contractor is held under that contractor's policy, and you can contact it directly.

7. Your state privacy rights

Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and others), you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to opt out of its sale, sharing and use for targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Make a request through our privacy request form or by email. We verify requests by matching the details you give us and respond within the time the law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission. If we deny your request, reply with the word "Appeal."

8. How long we keep it
